عباس صادق زاده ، مدیر کل بهزیستی استان کرمان در استقبال از سفرای کشورهای حامی طرحCBR افاغنه گفت :ارتقاء سطح رفاه اجتماعی ، افزایش امید به زندگی همراه با استقلال فردی مهاجران کم توان از دستاوردهای طرح CBR افاغنه می باشد
بنا به گزارش روابط عمومی بهزیستی استان کرمان عباس صادق زاده در جریان بازدید سفرای چهارده کشور حامی طرح CBR افاغنه از نحوه پیشرفت طرح های اجرا شده در استان کرمان ، ضمن ابراز خرسندی از دیدار سفیران گفت:حمایت مجدد از طرح CBR افاغنه حاصل نگاه عادلانه و سلامت محور به همه انسانها فارغ از نژاد ، قومیت و ملیت قابل تقدیر و شایسته سپاس است
مدیرکل بهزیستی استان کرمان در سخنانی گفت : طی تفاهمنامه های همکاری سازمان بهزیستی و وزارت کشور با UNHCR در سالهای گذشته با موضوع توانبخشی مبتنی بر جامعه ، پناهندگان افغان کم توان به تعداد 3762نفر شناسایی شده اند که خدمات آموزشی ، پزشکی و توانپزشکی به شناسایی شدگان ارائه گردیده و 48 تسهیلگر ضمن برخورداری از بازآموزی سالیانه ، در این طرح مشارکت و همکاری نموده اند.
ایشان در ادامه گفت : 4068 نفر خدمت آموزشی 928 مورد توزیع وسایل کمک توانبخشی و 6701 نفر خدمات پزشکی و توانپزشکی به افاغنه ارائه شده است .
مدیرکل بهزیستی در خاتمه با تشکر مجدد از سفرای چهارده کشور حامی طرح ، دفتر سازمان ملل در استان کرمان ، اداره کل اتباع و کارشناسان و مدیران سازمان بهزیستی کشور و استان گفت : در سالهای اخیر بهزیستی استان کرمان بعنوان استان پیشرو و موفق و همچنین بعنوان حامی سایر استانها در سال 2016 تجربیات ارزنده ای را کسب نموده و آماده همکاری برای تداوم طرح می باشد.
در ادامه این جلسه سیوانکا داناپالا نماینده کمیساریای سازمان ملل در ایران در سخنانی به تشریح فعالیتها و همکاریهای مشترک بین سازمان بهزیستی و کمیساریا پرداخت و گفت : امروز بسیاری از ناتوانان و اقشار آسیب پذیر پناهنده که امکان مراجعه و حضور در دفاتر کمیساریا را نداشتند با شناخت کامل از سازمان بهزیستی از خدمات آموزشی – توانبخشی و توانپزشکی بهزیستی استفاده می نمایند
ایشان از همه همکاریها و خدمات سازمان بهزیستی کشور به ویژه بهزیستی استان کرمان تقدیر و تشکر نمود.
لازم به ذکر است سفرای کشورهای افغانستان ، استرالیا ، جمهوری چک ، آلمان ، نروژ، هلند، رومانی ، اسپانیا ، سوئد ، ونزوئلا ، ترکیه ، ژاپن ، فرانسه و برزیل در سالهای گذشته در قالب طرح CBR افاغنه از مهاجران افغان ساکن در استان کرمان حمایت نموده اند.

Abbas Sdeghzade, General Director of Kerman Welfare organization, has mentioned that social welfare improvement in the community, increasing life expectancy, and individual autonomy are Achievements in CBR project for Afghan refugees
As Public Relations of Kerman Welfare organization has reported, Abbas Sdeghzade noted that Kerman Welfare Organization on behalf of the government, proves CBR and equalization of opportunities for Afghan refugees and try to cooperate with CBR supporters, provide the best services to immigrants, and in addition to reducing the suffering of Afghan counterparts, we try to Provide equal opportunity for them, regardless of ethnicity, religion and race, To create a society with social welfare, and reducing immigration crisis in Europe, which is leading to a humanitarian crisis in the world
He has continued: It’s needed to announce that in the last 8 years, In a cooperation contract about community-based rehabilitation for Afghan refugees with the UNHCR , Kerman Welfare Organization and the Ministry of Interior, 3762 PWDs identified and offered the following services:
- Family education for 4068 people / service
- The rehabilitation aids: 928 cases
- Medical and Medical rehabilitation service for 6701 people / service
- Facilitators education, 120 hours per year, 48 facilitators in eight years of cooperation
And at the end Abbas Sdeghzade, General Director of Kerman Welfare organization said that: I should say thank you to my good colleagues in Kerman and Iran Welfare Organization and the office of the United Nations and the General Administration of Foreign Immigrants. Need to recommend that, the experiences of Kerman Welfare Organization as the superior and supporter province, in the years of the implementation of the plan, should be used and CBR project for Afghan refugees must continue in Kerman
At this meeting, the representative of the United Nations Commissioner, Sivanka Danapala, mentioned the joint cooperation between the Organization and described the Iran welfare organization and UNHCR activities and said: today many of the vulnerable PWDs use services such as educational and rehabilitation which is provided for them
It should be considered that Afghanistan, Australia, Czech Republic, Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Venezuela, France, Brazil Japan and Turkey have supported this project for Afghan refugees living in Kerman
